These terms apply to your use of stockleads.in and to every order you place with Stock Leads. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Stock Leads (stockleads.in) is a brand operated by Database Solution. Address: Office 319, 3rd Floor, Gate No. 1, Poddar Court, 18 Rabindra Sarani, Kolkata 700001, West Bengal, India. Email: info@stockleads.in.
2. What we offer
We provide segment-wise and state-wise contact data of stock market traders and investors (“calling data”) to businesses in the securities market. Product descriptions, sample columns and prices on the site are an invitation to order, not a binding offer; your order is accepted when we confirm it in writing (WhatsApp or email) after payment.
3. Who can buy
Data and leads are supplied only to SEBI-registered intermediaries (investment advisers, research analysts, stock brokers, portfolio managers), their registered authorised persons, and other businesses that confirm a lawful business purpose. We may ask for your SEBI registration number or other proof and may refuse any order.
4. Price, payment and tax
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is made in advance by UPI or bank transfer to the account named on our Payment Details page; please confirm the account on WhatsApp before your first payment.
5. Delivery
Files are delivered in Excel or CSV by email or WhatsApp, usually within 1 to 2 hours of payment confirmation during office hours (Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm).
6. Replacements, cancellations and refunds
Invalid, switched-off and wrong numbers reported within 15 working days of delivery are checked and replaced within 1 to 2 working days. Numbers that do not pick up are not replaced. No replacements after 15 working days. Because data is a digital product delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once delivered, except as a replacement under this clause.
7. Your obligations
- use the data or leads only to offer your own lawful, registered services;
- not to resell, share, publish or upload it anywhere;
- follow TRAI’s Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations: use registered (DLT) sender routes and headers, the 140-series for promotional and 160-series for service calls where required, and scrub against the DND registry before calling;
- stop contacting anyone who asks you to, delete their number and tell us within 7 days;
- follow SEBI rules on communication: no guaranteed returns, no tips presented as advice by unregistered persons;
- keep the data on access-controlled systems and delete what you no longer need;
- act as an independent Data Fiduciary for the data you receive and meet your own duties under the DPDP Act.
8. Accuracy
We check our data and leads before supply, but people change numbers and minds. We do not promise any number of calls answered, conversions or sales. Our responsibility is limited to the replacement terms above.
9. No guarantee of results
Results from SEO, advertising, data or leads depend on many things outside our control, including search engines, ad platforms, market conditions and your own sales follow-up. We do not guarantee rankings, a cost per lead or a number of clients.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the order or month the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or business.
11. Indemnity
You will compensate us for any claim, penalty or loss caused by your breach of these terms or of law, including misuse of data or leads, or the content of your advertisements.
12. Intellectual property
The website content, designs and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them without written permission.
13. Complaints, governing law and courts
Write to our Grievance Officer, Avishek Saha, at info@stockleads.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page on the date of your order applies to that order. See also our Privacy Policy and Data Protection page.
